Founder of the Center for Autism and Integrative Health in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dr. Ashir consults online for families across the United States, Europe, and Asia, with appointments arranged by his scheduling coordinator.

Dr. Ashir practices integrative — often called functional — pediatrics: conventional, evidence-informed pediatric medicine that pays close attention to the nutritional side of a child's health. He trained through the Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Special Needs (MAPS), attended Defeat Autism Now! conferences beginning around 2009, and is certified in IV chelation therapy through the American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM), with additional training in IV nutritional therapy.
